BUTTER FRUIT CAKE 杂果蛋糕

Ingredients 材料:

(A)
200ml Brandy/ VSOP酒
500g Mixed Fruit杂果

(B)
250g Butter牛油
200g Brown Sugar黄糖

(C)
5 Eggs鸡蛋
1 tsp Vanilla Essence香草精

(D)
300g Plain Flour普通面粉


Method做法:

1.) Mixed fruit mixed with Brandy stand for 1 week.

1.)杂果洗净滤干加酒浸1个星期。

2.) Beat butter and sugar till light,add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add in vanilla essence. Mix well.
2.)把牛油和黄糖打至松,遂粒加入蛋打匀,加入香草精打匀。

3.) Mix in all the mixed fruit and sifted flour.
3.)加入杂果和粉料拌匀。

4.) Pour into a greased 10” baking tin and bake at 160C for 1 hour 20-30minutes till cooked.
4.)把面糊倒入已铺上油纸的10”烤盘,以160度烤大约1小时20-30分钟或至熟。
